Chad DiDonna is a business owner and entrepreneur. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a major in business management and has always been interested in business and sales. What excited Chad about business and this opportunity in particular is the ability to teach others skillsets that will enhance both professional and personal abilities that will in turn allow that person to be financially free and improve themselves. Outside of his business Chad is passionate about getting people to hit their goals and is known for his communication skills along with being solution oriented. Chads goal for 2023 is to expand his business and promote from within to run additional branches across the country.

Fun Fact: Chad went to school in Ocean City, NJ and is an avid skier!

Serenity is our Human Resources manager at Shore Marketing Group. She grew up in Vineland, New Jersey. In her free time she hikes and spends time with her pups! What attracted Serenity to this career was being able to offer others opportunity & see them achieve their goals! Her goals include helping others reach a level of financial freedom & success while putting them into business for themselves!
